Cancellation Policy
At Izzy Busy Beauty, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To protect the time and income of a small, appointment-based business, all cancellations and reschedules require 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
• All fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
